This World’s Best guacamole recipe is a perfect combination of flavors while still being simple enough to make at home on a regular basis.

World’s Best Guacamole

Guacamole is one of my all time favorite foods. I make it for pretty much every occasion. Is is perfect for Taco Tuesdays and I love it with breakfast burritos.

When we lived in Texas, I set out to find the world’s best guacamole. Something simple without all of the extra stuff, but amazing. We tried recipe after recipe and we finally settled on one we love. This recipe is fresh and just needs avocados, a onion, jalapeños and a little bit of lemon juice. The perfect combination.

You will need:

  • 3-4 medium Avocados, with the skins and pits removed
  • 1.5 medium jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped (seeds are what make your jalapenos hot, so make sure to seed them well unless you want super spicy guac.)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped (optional, but I really like it)
  • 1/4 of an onion finely chopped
  • salt

Add the onion, garlic and the jalapeños to the food processor and chop to make sure everything is really fine. Add 3 avocados and then chop again. Taste your guacamole, if the onion or jalapeño is too strong, add the fourth avocado. Lastly add your lemon juice and mix until everything is a smooth consistency.

This guacamole is perfect for dips, grilled cheese sandwiches and of course burritos.

Are you a guacamole fan?

On the list of things I adore is my avocado tree. I love the fruit it provides. I've got to go pick some so I can try your recipe.

I'm actually pretty new to guacamole, believe it or not. It's really good! I've never had a breakfast burrito either, so I'll have to do that too. (Where have I been living that I'm so clueless? lol)

Even though I'm allergic to avacados, I love fresh guacamole! I haven't had breakfast burritos in quite awhile. Might try making some this weekend. =0)

Guacamole is one of my favorites. These are such great burritos for an easy after school snack or breakfast. My son would prefer one of these for breakfast in the morning over cereal or frozen waffles.

Guac is one of my hubby's fave things but the rest of our family are not fans! So, he generally orders it when we're at a restaurant, this looks so simple, I may need to whip up a quick batch for him!

Those burritos look delicious! My guacamole recipe is pretty similar to yours, except I use red onions and I don't blend it. I've never thought of using a food processor before!!
